For most people they have a choice of DSL or Cable for a high speed internet provider. But what happens when you do not live in an area that offers DSL or Cable.

One thing to do is to call the cable of DSL office.The question to ask is if they plan on serviceing your area any time soon. Many high speed providers are expanding into rural areas and you may be on their list in just another month or so.
Chances are this is not the case but it will at least get you a definite answer. There are two other options you have.The two options you have are line of sight and Satellite internet.

What used to cost 200 bucks a month is now starting between 39 and 59.With satellite you will need to purchase or rent a dish from the provider must many of these places will install it for free and rent you a dish if you like for around 5 dollars a month.
