Effective and Easy way’s to Monitor Your Kids Computer Activity

In today’s high tech world you may find it necessary to monitor your kids computer activity. We all have the very best of intentions and would like to hope that our kids our taking responsibility and making good judgments.

However the internet is a very BIG place and with so many different influences out there you may never know what your kids may get into or be drawn into.

With some of the Internets most popular sites and online applications like My Space, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Internet Forums and Chat Rooms it is obvious that there is a huge concern for parents and that they may want to keep an eye on their Kids activities.

Kids today are easily bombarded with the fast paced communication and information available to them. I’m sure most of us have had common occurrences with this and can relate to the positive benefits of technology as well as the negative problems that may occur as a result.

Parents may be looking for a easy and effective solution to keep an eye on their kids internet and computer activity. To date there has been multiple ways to accomplish this. You can install computer monitoring software or use hardware to monitor computer activity.

There are many software applications on the market today that may work well but on the down side may also cause problems with your other programs and may also slow your computer down.

There is many hardware devices out that will monitor computer activity. These are installed in between your PC and Mouse. Depending on the type of mouse port you have they come in USB and PS2 models. These types of keyloggers work great and are very reliable. The down side to this type of computer activity monitor is you need to leave the hardware connected at all times in order for it to work continually.

One of the newest devices out on the market to monitor computer activity is the Spy Cobra. It is a USB thumb drive type of device that is very easy to use and install. You simply plug it into the computer that you want to monitor activity on and within 15 seconds the program installs on the computer. You then remove the Spy Cobra.

The nice advantage to this is the Spy Cobra does not have to be placed and left in the PC at all times. When you want to retrieve the activity that has been monitored on the PC you simply plug the Spy Cobra into the USB port and Keystrokes, Web Activity and Screenshots are instantly off loaded to the Spy Cobra where the data can be later viewed at your convenience.
